Terms and Conditions – 777k Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 777k ("777k", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777k.life. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 777k platform and close your account. Continued use of 777k after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of 777k is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that using online gaming platforms is not prohibited by any law applicable to your location.

777k reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable verification documents for Pakistani players include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back
• NICOP for overseas Pakistanis
• Valid Pakistani passport

If 777k has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending full investigation. Any winnings generated during a period of underage use will be permanently forfeited. 777k takes underage gambling very seriously and will report confirmed cases to relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777k. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or identities – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777k will close all secondary accounts and may close the primary account without return of bonus funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or operate a 777k account on behalf of a third party, and you may not allow any other person to use your 777k account, even temporarily.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777k login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777k support immediately via the contact details on the platform. 777k will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone.

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials have been compromised – unless the breach was caused by a failure on 777k's side – remains your responsibility until the moment you report the compromise to our support team and we confirm the report has been received. Following such a report, 777k will lock the account and investigate promptly.

Two-factor authentication is available on 777k and is strongly recommended for all accounts, particularly those with larger balances or frequent withdrawal activity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 777k are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777k does not hold accounts in any other currency. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method that belongs to the same individual registered on the 777k account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. 777k does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

777k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, 777k will notify the player and provide a timeframe for resolution. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may be processed in instalments at 777k's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777k offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and tournament prize pools. Each promotion carries specific terms that supplement these general Terms. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

General bonus rules that apply across all 777k promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and payment method.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. This is stated clearly in each promotion's terms and is typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "3x wagering" means you must wager three times the bonus value).
• Sports bets contributing to wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.60. Casino game contributions vary by game type – slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only the original deposited real-money balance (less any amounts already withdrawn) will be returned.
• 777k reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be disadvantaged by changes made after they opted in.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, fraudulent activity or exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account suspended.

7. Betting Rules – Sports & PSL

All sports bets placed on 777k, including PSL and cricket markets, are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for individual sports are published separately in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 777k does not guarantee that quoted odds will remain available.
• Once a bet is confirmed on 777k, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and exercised before market close.
• Palpable errors in odds – including obvious system errors that produce prices clearly outside market range – do not constitute valid bets. 777k reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, 777k will generally settle bets on the rescheduled fixture. If the event does not take place within 72 hours, all pre-match bets will be void and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 777k may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion, including during match stoppages, DLS calculations or when reliable data is unavailable.
• Maximum payout per bet is Rs 2,000,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market. Accumulator bets are subject to the same maximum payout regardless of theoretical return.

8. Casino & Ludo Game Rules

All casino games offered on 777k – including live dealer games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, as well as RNG slots, crash games and the 777k Ludo platform – are subject to the following rules.

• RNG games use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by 777k, the player, or any third party.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by a human dealer on camera. Any technical failure during a live game round that prevents determination of a valid result will result in that round being voided and all stakes returned.
• In Ludo games on 777k, dice rolls are produced by a certified provably fair system. Players who wish to verify the fairness of any completed Ludo session may do so through the verification tool in their account history.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino or Ludo game, 777k's systems will complete the game round using the auto-play logic described in the relevant game rules. Reconnection within the applicable timeout window allows a player to resume from their current position.
• 777k reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical error has produced an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777k and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 777k to launder money, process illegal transactions, or disguise the origin of funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on poker tables or in Ludo games to manipulate outcomes.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with 777k without genuine human decision-making.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional offers in ways that violate their terms or that are inconsistent with genuine recreational use of the platform.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on deposits that were genuinely made by the account holder.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, system glitch or odds pricing error on 777k. Any funds obtained through exploitation of errors will be reversed.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using your 777k account for commercial purposes, including running a betting syndicate, selling picks, or operating as an agent for other players without written authorisation from 777k.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

777k may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. We will provide notice to the registered email address where possible, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no Terms breach has been established), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are not returned on account closure. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 777k reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

Players may voluntarily close their 777k account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed within 2 business days. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion option available in your account settings, which prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on 777k – including but not limited to the platform design, logo, software, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and written content – is the intellectual property of 777k or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the 777k platform without prior written consent. Systematic collection of odds data, game outcomes or player data via automated means is expressly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy & Data

777k collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 777k Privacy Policy.

777k will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services where this is necessary to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations. 13. Limitation of Liability

777k provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and operates without errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, and 777k will not be liable for losses arising from reasonable downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777k's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will 777k be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

14. Responsible Gaming

777k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We offer the following tools to every registered account holder, accessible from the account settings page at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 777k account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from 777k for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, during which your account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 777k for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, you cannot create a new account on the platform.

15. Amendments to These Terms

777k reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting player rights or financial terms, 777k will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 777k after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute between a player and 777k should be raised with our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve it promptly and fairly. Disputes relating to bet settlement should be submitted within 72 hours of the disputed settlement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as specified by 777k's registered operator entity. 777k will provide arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism for eligible disputes – details are available from the support team on request.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
